Stability in rubber export to China

The demand of this material in China is still high that explained for the situation. The economic growth of China reduced to 7.5% from 2005 (8% in the previous years), but automobile manufacture still plays a main role. Thus, the consumption and using tubes and tires are high, either. The nature rubber importers in China close to this sources of Vietnam

Recently, due to the increasing in nature rubber price, the domestic companies in China try to price squeeze, but it is impossible. The price keeps balancing.

According to Commerce and Industry Information Center (Industry and Commerce Ministry), from March till now, Vietnam nature rubber’s price in export to China via Mong Cai gate is 23,800 Renminbi/ton.

In the last two weeks, nature rubber was the main product in Vietnam export with the unfluctuation in price when transacting in Mong Cai – Dong Hung.

It is predicted that the price stability in rubber will maintain till the new crop. The productivity in transaction is 600 tons per day.

According to Statistic Department, the rubber export in 3/2012 was 65,000 tons, increased to 55% in the comparison to the same period. It reached 223,000 tons, raised by 39% in the first three months.
