The challenges in global finance

To enhance the cooperation between Vietnam and other developing countries, Vietnam Finance Ministry and Asia Development Bank (ADB) together with KAMCO (Korea) have held the meeting: “Challenges for global finance 2012” in 23th, April.

This meeting was held in order to find the resolutions for the global crisis. In the opening ceremony, Minister of Finance, Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue expressed his opinions. He said, in the context of construction the Project of Economy Reconstruction that depends on 5 main factors, they are: the credit system reconstruction that focuses on commercial bank, domestic business reconstruction and private enterprise improvement, investment reconstruction that focuses on public investment, region and branch reconstruction, market strategy adjustment, the experience and speech of financial institutions, international organizations, domestic and foreign delegates and experts in meeting will be the main references that help managers in sculling process to overcome the crisis with the minimum risk.

The meeting was considered as the forum to share the experience of reconstruction from all countries.

In the meeting, the delegates have concentrated to discuss about the international cooperation among regional economies to cope with the global crisis. Moreover, they also debated to the roles of the management Company in supporting for the private and domestic businesses that were having the financial troubles, includes reconstruction in South East Asia, especially Vietnam.

Simultaneously, they also mentioned to the challenges for the regional countries, the necessity of business reforming and the supporting of the management companies in this complicated period.

It has pointed the challenges in the speeches of delegates and economy experts, such as: the negative influence from the public debt crisis in Europe, the instability of politic that makes the petrol price elevates, the inflation affects to the growth speed, the macro economy policies tighten the economy, unemployment in developing countries pressures to the society economy, the poverty and the rich’s gap increases.
