Coffee export reached 1.8 billion USD in the first five months
In May, Vietnamese coffee export reached 160 thousand tons with the total value was 334 million USD.
The price of coffee export in average is 2,087 USD per ton, 3% lower than the last same period.
Two main markets of Vietnamese coffee still are Germany and USA. They occupied the high level of growth speed in quantity and value. It was 13.9% and 12.8% in turn.
It is noticeable that Indonesia had the big export turnover is 8 times higher than 2011.
Belgium – the biggest market of Vietnamese coffee export last year, reduced the turnover in quantity and value, just 1/3.
