Consumption in coffee is having the good signs
According to this, it will reach about 1.83 million packages (60kg per pack). It was only 1.7 million last year. The ministry of Agriculture of USA hopes that, Vietnam will have the yield more than usual in 2012 – 2013 with the total productivity is 22.45 million packs, increase to 7% over the last year.
It is shown that, the investment in coffee is increasing.
The quantity of coffee in the storage was about 510,000 packs last year, raised by 53% over the last crop. The reason why was the farmers. They kept a part of productivity to build hope in the higher price.
It is estimated that there had 110,000 – 130,000 tons coffee was sold in May.
