Come to Shu Spa, you will see a young girl who talks to customers about spa services in the plain clothing. Maybe you thought that is a consultant. But this is Dong Thi Hoai Thu, owner of Shu.

In 2011, she graduated high school and went to Canada. She chose Finance and Banking Department to study. She set her own challenges, she self-supported in life and study by taking a part time in the cosmetic company.

More than 6 years in foreign helped Ms. Thu grow up. The experience was also built in the period when she worked in cosmetic company. Then, the young girl started to do business in spa field. She fathomed the difference between spas in domestic and overseas. She came to many spas, and she found the bad service or the low-skilled staff in those spas.

Some owners do not have the deep knowledge about this field. Thus, the effectiveness in business has not come yet.

Shu Spa is in 8^th – Luu Van Lang – 1^st District. The young owner determined to make it better.

In the first six months, Ms. Thu thought about spa all the time. She tossed about the customer sources, the cost, the salary for employees, and even the Canadian expert that Ms. Thu invited to train her staff.

The support of family encouraged her much.

After nearly two years, Shu has the stable position in the market. The customers are getting more and more crowded, includes the foreigner.

Ms. Thu shared that her success is contributed by the customers also. Many clients came and shared with her via emails. She received and thanked all of the contributions. “I am proud of the belief of customers most”. She said.

Ms. Thu does not hesitate to give customers the sincere advises. Whatever the quality of the products is, she told the truth to the customers. So do the staff.
